In 2013, The Ministry of General Education (MoGE) in Zambia reviewed the National School Curriculum introducing ICT as a subject at junior secondary school level. The development was received with mixed feelings across the nation. This prompted an interrogation of teachers' and pupils' perceptions of ICT as an examinable curriculum subject in secondary schools of Mazabuka District, Southern Province of Zambia.
