Introduction: The rapid evolution of information and communication technologies has affected the field of health and education. It is in this context that the idea of integrating ICTE into continuing education to meet the needs of learners was born. Materials and methods: We designed a hybrid type of learning. For distance learning, we developed a blog as a pedagogical tool. In the classroom, we used a simulator to reproduce the situations involved in managing a RTA. Results: A blog entitled "Teaching the chain of survival" can be accessed at the following URL: https://enseignement-chaine-survie.blogspot.com. For the simulation workshops, we used a procedural simulator and the intelligent mannequin. The latter is a menu of digital applications simulating different clinical situations (RTA with asystole, VF, DVT, etc.). At the end of the course, the trainees were asked to complete a knowledge assimilation questionnaire. Conclusion: Our hybrid training program enables us to disseminate knowledge and stimulate reflection, leading to the progressive construction of action.
