Sheila McDaniel was raised in Detroit, Michigan, where she made the life-changing decision to serve her country by joining the United States Air Force. She dedicated six years to her nation before moving to Rochester, New York, where she met her husband and relocated to California. It was in California that she began stepping boldly into her spiritual calling. When her marriage ended, Sheila moved to North Carolina, where she felt God calling her to draw closer to Him. There, she learned to trust Him fully and experienced healing from past wounds. In 1993, Sheila gave her life to Christ, a decision that shaped her ever since. A passionate mentor, she guides and encourages teenage girls aged 13 to 17, sharing the Word of God through ministry, teaching, and prophecy. Sheila organizes and hosts women's conferences across the country, empowering and inspiring women of all ages. She is dedicated to serving others, whether it's feeding the homeless or spreading hope and encouragement. As an entrepreneur, speaker, and leader, Sheila is committed to living out her calling to help others through faith and love. Sheila views education as a powerful tool for empowerment. In 2002, she was honored to serve as the commencement speaker when she earned both her Master of Computer Information Systems and Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from the University of Phoenix-Southern California Campus. Sheila also holds an associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Monroe Community College and an undergraduate certificate in Cloud Computing from American Military University. Professionally, Sheila has built an impressive career in Information Technology, excelling in roles such as Technical Program Project Lead, Scrum Master, IT Infrastructure Project Manager, and PMO leader. Her dedication, expertise, and leadership have earned her respect within the IT field. At the core of Sheila's life is God and her family. She is a proud mother to two adult children and a grandmother, cherishing the joy and love they bring into her life. In her spare time, Sheila enjoys international travel, shopping, reading, dancing, exercising, and relaxing on the beach. She also loved the thrill of riding her Harley Davidson motorcycle. Recently, Sheila has embarked on a new creative venture as an author, working on her book Tears of Faith, which chronicles her spiritual journey.
