This study analyses the consequences of human relations in terms of communication following the intense technological intertwining that occurred between the 19th and 21st centuries. The 21st century is the culmination of the condition of permanent connection imposed by the massive use of computer devices connected to the internet. The term technoutopias, used as the title, represents the condition of "ideal civilisation" heralded by the technological emergency, accentuated by the popularisation of information technology and later by computer networks. The study of the theories that constitute the sciences of networks presented here sought to adequately situate the mediating character of connections, which antagonises the concepts of bonding employed in communication processes. Thus, the decisive role of non-human elements in the informational mediation provided by computational arrangements, which paradoxically call themselves communicational, was described.
