The search for low-cost equipment or procedures in rural areas has attracted farmers, engineers, and researchers to develop new technologies. These assist in agricultural operations, minimising physical effort and saving time in performing the work. This study is the result of a two-year research project conducted at the Federal University of Paraíba/Centre for Agricultural Sciences (UFPB/CCA).
