A study of the possibilities of developing a teaching resource for teachers, using available technological means to assist Environmental Education in public schools in the state of Paraná. This work was developed through workshops aimed at teachers who participated in training offered in partnership with SEED_PR, during which blogs were used to address Environmental Education topics. To achieve the objectives of this research, a survey was conducted in the literature addressing the main technological tools applied as teaching resources, specifically blogs, Environmental Education topics, School Agenda 21, continuing teacher training, and the technique used in the training workshops, mind maps. As a final product of this work, a blog was developed to provide teachers with alternatives for developing activities and teaching materials to discuss topics and attitudes related to Environmental Education and School Agenda 21.
