Donnie Adams is based at the Faculty of Education, University of Melbourne. He was recently awarded the Emerald Young Researcher Award 2021 by Emerald Publishing. He is Editor-in-Chief for Educational Research and Evaluation and Editor for Cogent Education. David Gurr is a Professor of Educational Leadership in the Faculty of Education at the University of Melbourne. David is a prolific writer and presenter focussed on all aspects of educational leadership, including successful school leadership and middle leadership.
