Capricorn, brunch enthusiast. book club groupie and an Airbnb Super Hostess. I am also a full time essential services officer and mom to two primary school aged children who love to read! During the pandemic, we discovered that we could do a lot more to help the community by opening our home to offer relief to over crowded animal rescue organizations and providing animals with a foster home until they are adopted to their forever families. We fostered many kittens, which filled our home with love. Throughout the fostering process, we met Teddy. As it turned out, Teddy fit into our family perfectly and we chose to adopt and become Teddy's permanent guardians. Little did I know that Teddy would inspire a series of children's stories! Children seem to really connect emotionally with Teddy as a loveable character and understand the deeper messages interlaced within Teddy's real life adventures.
