Some people wonder if there is life on other planets... Well, there will be... Let's escape from our hectic world of deadlines, overly effective weapons and electrical gadgets to join the author in this philosophical fantasy as she daydreams about two different civilizations on a brand-new planet. Let's allow our minds to drift into this future realm free from modern distractions and be imaginatively inspired by Telleo and his irrepressible Creator. Get ready to be shocked by purity and simplicity! Remember those things? From this fresh perspective perhaps we'll all be able to re-evaluate our lives and priorities. We may discover that our worst enemy is often closer than we think. Take the challenge and come to your own conclusions. It won't be as easy to ignore this tale as you thought it would be.
The author has been married for over 47 years and her two children are fully launched as adults. Although she is now retired, she formerly worked as a Registered Dental Hygienist in private dental offices and also in public health as a Dental Screener in inner city emergency shelters. Her favorite book is the Bible and she has enjoyed studying it on her own, at Prairie Bible College in Alberta, Canada and also at the Dallas Seminary Lay Institute in Dallas, Texas. Studying American history is another one of her interests, along with tracing her family's genealogy and gardening. She generally keeps a camera handy and enjoys spending time in the Adirondack Mountains and at Walden Pond.Over the years, she has traveled extensively in the United States, down into Latin America and to several parts of Africa, sometimes being involved in mission work in these areas. She loves other languages and cultures, but most of all, she loves being an American in a country founded to function as 'One Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.' Some of her heroes include Henry David Thoreau, George Washington and David Crockett. Being from the Rochester, New York area, she especially appreciates those two great liberators: Susan B. Anthony and Frederick Douglass. She is continually inspired by the determined yet adventurous spirit of all those who willingly risk their lives to gain freedom from tyranny and oppression not only for themselves but for society as a whole.
