Crystal L. Ford is a devoted wife, and mother of four children. She has worked as both a general and special educator in the Maryland public school system for 17 years. She is the owner of Loving Arms Childcare Center, which has served more than 40 families in Calvert County, Maryland. In 2021 she founded GLOW-God Lead Our Way, Inc., a faith-based non-profit organization that provides resources and support for women and children.
