Dr. Michael R. Burcham is an accomplished entrepreneur, investor, and executive coach with more than three decades of experience building, scaling, and advising growth-oriented businesses. He has successfully founded and exited multiple companies and currently serves as Executive Partner and Chief of Strategy at Shore Capital Partners, a leading private equity firm with more than $14 billion in assets under management (AUM). In addition to his work in private equity, Dr. Burcham serves on the faculty of Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management, where he teaches Creating and Launching New Ventures. Throughout his career, he has coached and mentored hundreds of founders and CEOs, helping them navigate the complex strategic and emotional challenges of leading high-growth enterprises. Dr. Burcham is widely recognized for his expertise in leadership transformation, value creation, and entrepreneurial endurance.
