Graham Rabone, a former lead trainer at the UK National Negotiator Kidnap Course, boasts a wealth of experience in crisis negotiation incidents across the UK and internationally.Graham served as a police officer for 30 years, becoming a Police Hostage and Crisis Negotiator in 1997. His role as a Detective Inspector in the Central Crime Support Department, combined with a series of unique opportunities, led him to specialize in negotiating kidnaps for ransom and crimes in action. Over the years, he has earned a distinguished reputation as an expert in his field.He estimates that he has been involved in around 400 negotiation incidents, ranging from routine cases to the most extraordinary situations imaginable, both domestically and overseas.
