Autorenporträt
Coby Kozlowski is an author, TEDx speaker, life coach trainer, and contemporary yoga philosophy and meditation educator. She holds a master's degree in transformative leadership and is a senior faculty member at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, a presenter at Esalen Institute, and a lead trainer for The Radiance Sutras School of Meditation. She is the author of One Degree Revolution: How Small Shifts Lead to Big Changes and has been featured on the covers of Yoga Journal and Mantra Wellness. She lives in Stockbridge, Massachusetts.
