Beating after horrendous beating, Ty endured his punishment until one day he managed to sneak away again and go back to the Land of Plenty to help raise his hatchling dragon, Goobella. This was a well-earned break until The Mighty dragon, Lord Miraak, arrived and gave him some dire news. He had to take Goobella back into the Shadow Forest and journey to the Dragon's Guild's sacred grounds so that Goobella could finally achieve the blessing of all dragons and receive the ancient knowledge bestowed upon all who are worthy. However, Ty's deadly journey wasn't the only terrifying ordeal ravaging the Shadow Forest that day. Because Torg, Mocknar, and Haileyon had their hands full against the beasts that prowled the shadows. Their return to Zintar would turn out to be a battle worth etching in stone.

David Walker comes from a large family back in the burbs of Chicago. His youthful years were spent running amuck in the fields and woods surrounding his home, hunting snakes, fishing in the ponds, or digging up bones from an old abandoned farmhouse across the street. But when he ran out of things to do, you could always find him high in a willow tree, building a tree fort, or on his bike jumping homemade ramps. Shortly after graduating from Hinsdale South High, Dave hit the road to live in Raleigh, North Carolina, for a couple of years, working for a roofing company and sharpening his construction skills. Then after three years there, an opportunity came up to tour with the Camel GT racing circuit, and he hit the road again until finally settling down in Maryland After working hard driving trucks for fifteen years and helping those who needed his home improvement skills, he began another life-changing career. Now with over 13 years of experience serving as a Security Officer at a Federal Organization and 17 years working as a Security Guard at an NFL Stadium, he turned back to his passion of bringing life to a magical world.
