Born in IDJWI on June 18, 1965, Ephrem BWISHE HATEGEKA studied at the Catholic University of Bukavu and at CEPROMAD. He holds a PhD in Social Sciences, majoring in Development Policy, with an option in Socio-economic Development in Third World countries.
