Biographers Frida Burton and Andre Gessner are burrowing deep into their research on the life of a forgotten 19th century artist named Stephen Fleet, only to run into an ever-deepening mystery. Until he landed on the shores of France in 1866, there is no record of his existence, although he did exist. He was famous and successful in his time, but who was he? And why did he suddenly abandon his family in 1895? With the help of allies and friends, Frida and Andre begin to uncover the truths that Fleet's friends and Fleet himself tried to bury for the sake of propriety and for the sake of loved ones - much to the bemusement of Stephen Fleet's ghost and his friends as they tag along on their investigations.
I am a self-taught artist and 'indie' author. My literary playground is in the fantasy genre with novels set either in our world, twice involving the mythological gods, or in my invented world. These novels run the range between dramatic, to purely adventurous and even comical. There is a fantasy epic series still available via Lulu.com : Fernare Araldo, Parts 1&2, Gathlon, Caermon, and Marlorat. They take place on the same world as Rockwell and Spurlock, Nuneau, Naldo, A Good Villain, and The Wandering Princes, but across the ocean. I was born in southern California, but have lived in New Mexico, Arizona, Alaska (twice), Maryland (and worked in DC), and finally moved back to New Mexico.
