Christie M. Gardiner, LLM GDLP LLB (Hons), SFHEA, is an Australian lawyer and Associate Lecturer of Law at Australia's leading clinical law school, Newcastle Law School, the University of Newcastle, Australia. Eileen O'Brien Webb is Professor of Law and Ageing in the Law, Justice and Society discipline at the University of South Australia. Her research focuses on the impact of the law on an ageing population, particularly in the areas of housing and accommodation, elder abuse, age discrimination and human rights.
