Autorenporträt
Peter Frank was born in Wiesbaden, Germany. After attending a boarding school in the Scottish borderlands and a couple of schools in Germany, he studied Japanology, Dutch culture and language, and German philology with focus on Middle High German at the University of Cologne. After having lived in Kyoto for a year, he returned to Cologne and joined Die Freifechter - Gesellschaft fur historische Fechtkunst in 2008. There, he was introduced to historical fencing and fell in love with various sources. Today, Peter lives near Cologne with his wife and their three cats, as well as an ever-growing collection of blades and books.
