Lesley's debut book, I Love My Job but It's Killing Me, and her role as the host of the Band Director Boot Camp Podcast reflect her commitment to supporting busy band directors in achieving wellness and productivity. She resides in the same Seattle suburb where she has taught for most of her career, fostering strong relationships with students, their families and the community she serves and is a member of the WMEA Hall of Fame.
