D R Kendel has been writing deeply personal poetry for over two decades. Inspired by a friend to publish her work the bee and the fleur de lis came to be. Kendel knows that every human being experiences love, loss, and the heartache that comes along with them, and she hopes to share that universal experience through her work. Kendel lives in rural Nova Scotia, Canada, with her two dogs.
