The Bhagavadgita Original Commentary: Unveiling the Gita's Secrets is one of the most comprehensive commentaries on the Bhagavadgita in recent times. Jayaram V published a commentary earlier in 2011 under the title The Bhagavadgita Complete Translation. In translating the scripture, he adhered to the traditional Vedic interpretation of the slokas without being influenced by any particular school, sect, or teacher tradition. To provide additional clarity and context, he tried to bring out the original intent of each verse and the most plausible meaning of each word in the context of the times in which they were composed. Both the previous versions have been withdrawn and are no longer in circulation. In translating and presenting a detailed commentary, Jayaram has brought to light the richness of the scripture and its ageless wisdom.
