Hayley lives in Canberra, Australia with her long-time partner and a grumpy, bossy cat called Rosie. Music has been a major part of her life, and outside of her own compositions, she is an enormous fan of Christopher Cross, Daryl Hall & John Oates, and underrated 80s UK prog-rock band Voyager, who once named her their #1 fan.Hayley published a trilogy of sapphic fantasy books in 2024, which won several awards. In 2025, she released a second series, the Corelle Of Dur novels. When not writing, she loves baseball, music, and travel.
