D. A. Smith is an independently published fantasy author whose debut is The Blood of Outcasts. If you like your fantasy samurai-inspired or a bit gritty, then his work might find its place on your TBR. Short stories by Smith have also appeared in Black Hare Press's 'Pride: The Worst Sin of All' anthology, and read live on air by Pop-up Submissions. When not writing, Smith works in the editorial department for a chemistry journal and is quite fond of walks with his wife and crazy spaniel.
