Robert L. Hilton earned an MBA from Wichita State University's Business School, served two years in the Army, and worked twenty-six years in newspaper management before beginning a new career in January 2002 with Raymond James & Associates. He started his own financial services business and in 2007, created Mustard Seed Advisors with his business partner. Hilton and his wife, Chris, have been married nearly fifty years, have three grown sons, and live in Florida.
