Produktbeschreibung
The eruption of Santorin (Tyre) and the "Exodus" of the Israelites from Egypt occurred around 1380 BC. The nomads in the Sinai desert (about 40 years), the conquest of Canaan by Joshua (about 30 years) and the Judges' period (about 280 years) take about 350 years, until the appearance of the first king, Saul (about 1030 BC). The period of Israeli history, known as the Judges' period, got its name because the Judges were the leaders of the Israeli tribes. Where they are mentioned in this book, a Hebrew word is used that has several meanings, including "deliverer," "savior," "ruler. It may also mean "judge", meaning a person who resolves disputes and settles disagreements. Ruth's book is considered as an addition to the book of Judges of Israel. It contains the biography of the "pious" Moabitian Ruth, who became the great grandmother of King David and then of Jesus Christ. In Gospels names Voz, Rufi and Ovid are included in Jesus genealogy. Great-grandmother David, according to Book of Rufi, was Moabian. Since the book dates back to the 4th century B.C., when mixed marriages were strictly forbidden, this fact underscores the authors' opposition to the official point of view.
