This book is not a leadership manual. It's not a strategy guide. It's not a "how to grow your church in five steps" plan. There are plenty of those already. This is a survival book. A book for your soul. A book for the invisible part of you that people don't see on Sundays, but God sees every day. If you are reading this and wondering if ministry is worth it anymore, I want you to know: your soul matters more than your sermons. Your heart matters more than your hustle. Your issues of endurance are more than your metrics. You were not made to carry this alone. Jesus invites us-not into a life of effortless ease, but into a life where the burden is shared, the yoke is light, and the soul is safe. That's what I hope this book will point you toward.
