After more than 25 years in corporate sales, in 2014, Jonathan became a business owner when he purchased The Good Feet Store in Richmond, Virginia. Two years earlier, he had been introduced to the Good Feet system as a customer and became a believer in the system when it relieved his pain from plantar fasciitis. The Good Feet arch supports helped him so much that he ran his first marathon that year. The following year, he returned to the store raving to the owner about how much he loved the product. The owner looked at him and asked, "You wanna buy the place?" He did, and he has since added stores from Cleveland, Ohio, to Destin, Florida, and from Nashville, Tennessee, to Baltimore, Maryland. This journey has inspired many by demonstrating a business's power in its relationships with employees, customers, and the broader community when it is a "business of character."
