Laila Siddiqui is a British-Pakistani novelist whose work bridges cultures and faith traditions for a new generation of Muslim readers. After completing her master's in Comparative Literature at the University of Cambridge, she spent five years as a human-rights advocate in London, championing educational access for refugee children. Laila's award-winning young adult series, The Light of Fajr, follows Muslim teens confronting modern challenges with courage rooted in spiritual wisdom. When she isn't drafting her next book, Laila leads interfaith writing circles and enjoys seaside walks with her labrador, Noor.
