Kenneth L. Davis, Sr. (Big Kenny) is the husband of one and father of eight. He was born and raised in Longview, Washington. He was an athlete in his youth and, before he started kindergarten, decided to become an "MAI" when he grew up. He is a commercial real estate (review) appraiser who holds the MAI and other appraisal designations and works from his home office in Longview, Washington. His eight children are all grown, and he and his wife are expecting grand-baby number seven. Now that the kids are gone, the home-front includes a single dog and a dozen backyard chickens.
