Richard Horacio Edgar Freeman, né le 1¿¿ avril 1875 à Greenwich et mort le 10 février 1932 à Hollywood, est un écrivain et journaliste britannique, également scénariste et réalisateur de cinéma. Il est l'auteur de nombreux romans policiers et récits d'aventures publiés sous le pseudonyme de Edgar Wallace.
