I researched a new issue of law and morality and law and economics and did this by following the legal studies approach to the study of law. I believe there is a convergence between law and morality and law and economics as our sense of morality guides or allows us to follow or break the law, and it is to our economic benefit or out of necessity we do so as people will do what is most necessaryto them at any given moment.
