The general aim of the work was to highlight the importance of multidisciplinarity in the care of children with cerebral palsy. This was a retrospective study carried out on 124 children with cerebral palsy during the period from February 1 to June 30, 2016. These children were selected from 4 health institutions specializing in the care of children with cerebral palsy. Their inclusion criteria in the study:- Any child diagnosed as IMC and correctly classified salon tonus and topography and cared for in 1 of the selected institutions.- Any IMC child registered and having a complete file including at least 75% of the study variables.The average age of IMC children was 2.9 years and the majority of respondents (60%) were between 2 and 4 years old. Quadriplegic and hypotonic forms (54%) were the most frequent clinical forms in terms of motor lesion topography and tone, respectively. The majority of these children did not benefit from orthopaedic treatment. The majority of healthcareprofessionals (74%) had no knowledge of BMI.
