Autorenporträt
I was born in South Africa in 1975. I grew up in apartheid and I saw how one man changed everything and gave hope to a nation. However, some changes were not beneficial to everyone. Due to the situation in South Africa, we left with our almost three-year-old daughter to make the United Kingdom our home. Arriving in the United Kingdom in 2003, life was very different from what we knew. Here, however, our daughter had a future. In 2004 I became the mother of a baby boy. We are still in the United Kingdom and are a well-blessed family.
