Davis Amara Ikeji is a trailblazer of Afrobeat music, an accomplished songwriter, producer, fiction writer, and entrepreneur. Born in 1979 and raised in the bustling city of Lagos, Nigeria, Davis found his passion for music and storytelling early on. By his teenage years in the mid-90s, he was already immersed in street rapping and the vibrant entertainment culture that shaped his creative journey.

In 2005, he released his hit single HARD 2 FIND in Switzerland under his stage name AMACHEY, a track that captivated audiences across Europe and Nigeria, earning massive airplay and recognition in the Afrobeat scene.
