People with disabilities (PWD), especially wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility (PRM), have faced marginalization for years. In the 21st century, there is no longer any room for inequality. Social inclusion is therefore necessary and must go hand in hand with citizens' rights. Several regulations have been created in Brazil for public transport to ensure accessibility for people with disabilities. In the field of commercial air transport, standards and criteria have been established to ensure safety inside aircraft and airport infrastructure. Given this situation, with the aim of increasing social inclusion and seeking improvements for people with disabilities, this study investigated the accessibility of wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility inside the passenger cabin of a commercial aircraft. It is hoped that this work will increase information about accessibility for people with disabilities in the aviation sector.
