Richard Johnson is an experienced counsellor, mediator, and former executive with more than 30 years' leadership across health, aged care, disability, and community services. Holding postgraduate qualifications in counselling and psychotherapy, he is also an accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and Clinical Supervisor. Throughout his career, Richard has led disaster recovery initiatives, pioneered telehealth counselling, developed quality assurance frameworks, and advanced culturally inclusive practice.
