This book proposes a critical and transversal reflection on the challenges of constitutional democracy in times of hyperconnectivity. From a dialectical approach, which considers tensions between law, politics, technology and globalization, the author examines how the Information Age reconfigures forms of participation, power and constitutional interpretation.
