The nursing process is the core task of the senior healthcare and nursing service. In order to facilitate the transition from the diagnostic process to nursing diagnoses and nursing planning, this work presents a concrete action-oriented lesson according to Susanne Schewior-Popp's nursing didactic model. The lesson planning itself features a variety of "methodical action repertoires" and learning aids so that the theoretical knowledge acquired can be put into practice. The learners are encouraged and challenged by the teaching and learning aids on a cognitive, affective and psychomotor level, which in turn creates a transfer between theory and practice.
