Nurul Husna Mohd Zuki é formada pela Universidade Islâmica Internacional da Malásia. Ela estudou Psicologia na licenciatura em 2014 e continuou com o Mestrado em Educação (Psicologia Educacional) em 2016. Este livro foi adaptado da sua dissertação, o produto final do seu mestrado.
