Award-winning author David H. Millar was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland. He is the founder and author-in-residence of Houston-based, A Wee Publishing Company. David writes historical and urban fantasy inspired by Celtic mythology. He is the author of the five-volume, Conall Series, and spin-offs: The Dog Roses Series and The Blood Queen Chronicles.David settled in Houston, Texas, in 2011. An avid reader, armchair sportsman, Liverpool Football Club fan, Millar lives with his family, and tuxedo cats, Beau and Stiletto. His most treasured accolade is to be his granddaughter, Sasha's, Number One Grandpa.
