David Ray Fleming was born in Columbus, Ohio, in 1956. A United States Army Veteran of the Vietnam Era and the Cold War Era. David Ray is the father of four children and is married to his lovely wife Jacalyn. David Ray began writing in 1998, with his first novel entitled "Bubonic 2000". Other novels by David Ray include "Charlie Blue Berry Fipple Berry", a children's book. Currently, David Ray is working on a 7-book series entitled The Doppelgangers. Part 1 "Beginnings" was released in 2014. Part 2, "The Others" was released in 2016, and Part 3, "The Nun", was released in 2018 the fourth of this 7-book series entitled "The Nothingness", is slated for release in late 2020, through Black Lacquer Press Publishing. David Ray attended Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio, Austin Community in Texas and W.P.C.C. in North Carolina, and currently lives and writes out of Meajerman Studios in Bellefontaine, Ohio.
