Ramona Santana ( Ramisa Veitia) nació con una imaginación inquieta y un amor profundo por las historias que tocan el corazón. Estudió una maestría en cosmetología en Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg, donde descubrió que la belleza también podía encontrarse en las palabras, no solo en los reflejos del espejo. Desde muy joven, Ramona ha escrito cuentos y relatos para niños y adolescentes, guiada por su sensibilidad, su intuición narrativa y su deseo de crear mundos donde las emociones sean protagonistas. Aunque durante años guardó sus historias en libretas personales, fue el amor por su familia y los recuerdos compartidos lo que finalmente la impulsó a publicarlas.
