ELAHSSEN OkbaHe obtained his Diplôme des Etudes Supérieures in physics from the University of Batna, his Magister from the University of Annaba and his doctorate from the University of Biskra. He joined the University of Tébessa as a lecturer. Today, he is Professor of Materials Science at the University of Biskra.
