The objective of this research is to highlight the interference of "work-life" and its impact on the affective organizational commitment of Gabonese employees in the public and private sectors, by emphasizing the moderating role of job satisfaction. It is based on an empirical study by questionnaire, carried out on a sample of 120 employees (men and women). The results show that the positive and negative effects of the work-life interface experienced by employees are positively correlated with affective organizational commitment. Based on these results, the paper proposes the inclusion of two dimensions of job satisfaction (extrinsic and intrinsic satisfaction) as moderating variables in the analysis of the perception of the work-life interface on affective organizational commitment.
