Michelle S. Fondin is the author of twelve published books, including The Eight Limbs of Yoga for Modern Times: A Practical Guide to the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. Michelle ran The Ayurvedic Path Yoga Studio from 2008-2018, where she taught yoga, meditation, and Ayurvedic lifestyle. She worked with Dr. Deepak Chopra, teaching yoga and meditation, and wrote for the Chopra Lifestyle Blog for three years.
