Dean, an experienced early childhood educator from Florida, has 33 years in the field and teaches kindergarten while also presenting at conferences. She writes children's stories that explore STR2EAM concepts, aiming to boost self-esteem and address fears. Her notable works include the "Shelbo's Adventure Series," and the "Monster Book Series," for which she received International Impact Book Awards. Michelle holds a Master's Degree in early Childhood Educational Leadership, has a Harvard Mentorship Program Certification, and is currently pursuing a doctorate in the same field. Michelle Dean is the director of educational programs at a non-profit organization, an adjunct professor at a local university, a children's storybook writer, and a wife and mother of three grown sons. Her heart, passion, and drive lie in early education. She loves working with directors, teachers, and children. She gained her master's in early childhood educational leadership from the University of North Florida. This was the starting point for her non-profit group for early childhood educators, where she can show teachers the appreciation they deserve.
