Passionate advocate for mental wellbeing and optimal health, Dawn Howarth is a sleep consultant and a teacher of mindfulness and yoga, with over 15 years' experience working with children, teenagers and adults. She is a member of the British Sleep Society and The Association for Child & Adolescent Mental Health. The Family Guide to Better Sleep brings together every aspect of her experience and knowledge. Dawn has written about teenage sleep for The Times, providing practical support for families. When not writing or teaching, she is an amateur potter, vegetable grower and knitter of socks. She lives with her husband, children and pets.
