On the morning of Firstfruits He did rise when the priest did weaver the sheave of first things our Lord did rise. He did rise being our holiness and righteousness. It took one man being the first Adam in the garden of Eden to condemn and take away innocence and holiness from humanity and give it to death and sin. So it took one man Jesus Christ to take it back both from death and sin so that He may be our Holiness, Our life and righteousness by conquering both sin and death and rising on the third day. That very day of the feast of first fruits He did rise. 1 Corinthians 15:21-23 KJV For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming. So that what Israel had been laboriously keeping in feasts and first things of the field, the house and the flock may be done upon Him. Him being the first fruit of the resurrection so that we may through Him partake of the first things of God. Not just earning us back the innocence and holiness but by His right the tested total man of His righteousness. God did waver Him for our holiness unto Him, so that it may no longer be done by our efforts or circuitous feasts but by the resurrection power in Him. He did not just rise to conquer and victor over death but also to the writing of the Law that said only a man be deemed holy when he do presents the dues of his first things of the flock and the field; but He did it all on Him so He may be our appropriation instead of the blood of the flocks and the corns of the field. When they were to present their first things before God on the morrow of the Great Sabbath; He did rise. The ideal being if the first portion is holy; the whole lump is holy. So that by His holiness and righteousness we may do all things in Him. One has to know and would have known if they had searched out the reason the first fruits were required of the children of Israel or of any before them. It was to make sure the first lump is holy; and so imputing the whole holiness to whatever comes there after. A thing that would mean it was way of appropriation of all things; being men and animals and field and vine.. Now that He has risen and has been presented before the Father as the first fruits of the dead; what does it mean but that we also do partake of Him as we enter the baptismal pool. Of the death and the resurrection that makes us the manifest sons of God. We hither to are to take it upon ourselves to do His works and to present ourselves sure before the whole creation all things until we be apprehended of Him. Mark 16:15-18 KJV And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. It is in the observance of these things that we should remember that the Lord did forge us a better way. A way better days where instead of physical ordinances and feast days and observing of the moons and seasons we do it all in Him. His presenting self as the first fruits unto God of the resurrection has afforded us power beyond our current realm; power beyond comprehension.
