Emilie Tunstill is an Australian author and mother-of-two. In 2024, she released her debut children's book, The First Year (available in Australia at: https: //thetunstilltales.com.au/). In 2025, she launched a USA edition of The First Year (available on Amazon). The First Year was inspired by, and dedicated to, Emilie's two children. Reading stories together - day and night - brings Emilie and her kids immense joy, and motivated Emilie to write about her own experience of early motherhood in a keepsake book that can be cherished by both mama and bub. Emilie hopes that The First Year will be shared between a mother and her baby with that same love and connection that she feels reading to her kids.
