Dr. Talebi is a member of the Dispute Resolution Council (Shora-ye Hall-e Ekhtelaf), with expertise in legal mediation and arbitration. He has ongoing involvement with the Judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran, including experience in civil and general public courts (Dadgah-ha-ye 'Omumi va Hoquqi). He is a university lecturer in Legal Studies.
